Actually we were at Karl's, and the staff there is always very knowledgeable about there products. I'm not going out of town when I can get quality appliances this close to home!

I usually don't do reviews but I felt compelled to do so with such amazing customer service that I had recently at Ashley HomeStore. Veron is who helped me find my furniture pieces that I was looking for. She is very nice, helpful, and easy to talk to! She let me look around the store several times but was close by when I had questions for her to answer. She listened to what I was looking for and gave great suggestions when making my final decisions. I also came into the store at the right time for a great deal on my pieces and I can't wait for them to come soon to my home.
I had a lot of questions about some furniture that my father had purchased last spring. The sales associate that assisted me was great! Rachel was able to answer all of the questions that I had, and wasn't the typical, "pushy" sales person I expected to deal with, she was very friendly and helpful! I will certainly be making all of my future furniture / decor purchases here! I highly recommend this store/location to anyone looking to purchase furniture!
