He said the other sales person was late and he has to answer the phones because of corporate rules. He then would spend time with the people on phone and we that were in the store became the people on the lower end of the total pole.
I said that he needs to take care of his floor customers and let the phone ring, his response was "corporate rules. Needless to say he lost sales for 2 full size beds, and tv. $$$$.
